Cleaning Machine Parts & Replacement Support
A replacement part must fit the exact machine and perform the intended job. Similar-looking hoses, switches, wheels or brush fittings can differ in dimensions, electrical ratings and mounting details. Moral Clean accepts parts and replacement enquiries for single-disc machines and vacuums. Send enough identification to confirm the part before ordering or arranging installation.
Request an assessment
Identify the machine before identifying the part
Start with the rating plate rather than the name used by an operator. Machines within one product family may have different revisions or fittings. Record the full model and serial number, and photograph any label on the component itself. A manufacturer's parts diagram is useful when it identifies the assembly and part reference for that version.
For a hose or accessory, include the connection and any measurements requested by the supplier. For electrical components, use documented part references and ratings; do not substitute a part because its casing looks similar. Do not dismantle live equipment to obtain a photograph. Follow the manual and have a qualified person handle electrical access.
Separate worn components from an underlying fault
Replacing a visible worn component may restore performance, but recurring damage can point to another problem. A hose that repeatedly splits, a brush that wears unevenly or a protective device that keeps tripping deserves an assessment of the cause. Explain what happened before the part failed and whether the same component has already been replaced.
A vacuum with poor pickup does not necessarily need a replacement motor. The permitted filter setup, blocked airway, collection container and hose condition can affect performance. Use the machine's prescribed operator checks, then request an assessment when the cause remains unclear. This avoids ordering an expensive component on the basis of one symptom.
Agree compatibility, availability and installation
Ask the quotation to identify the proposed component and how compatibility was established. Confirm whether it is an original manufacturer part or another specified replacement, its availability, lead time and any applicable terms. An enquiry page is not a stock list: availability for a particular machine must be checked before payment or planned downtime.
If installation is required, confirm the labour, location and checks included in the work. Supply of a part and diagnosis of the machine are different scopes. Keep the part reference and service record so future maintenance can use the same verified identification. If the machine is beyond practical repair, compare a replacement against the cleaning task and its ongoing consumable requirements.
Service questions
Are all parts shown or discussed in stock?
No stock availability is implied by this page. Send the exact machine and part details so availability, lead time and price can be confirmed.
Can I order a part without its part number?
Send the rating plate and clear photographs of the part and fitting. Further measurements or a parts diagram may be needed before compatibility can be confirmed.
Does a parts quotation include fitting?
Confirm this explicitly. Component supply, installation and fault diagnosis may be separate items in the agreed scope.
