A useful price comparison starts with the same machine configuration and service scope. Moral Clean supplies quotations for specific requirements. This guide explains the cost factors; it does not publish unverified prices or imply that all models are in stock.

The decision in three points

  • Choose the cleaning process before comparing prices.
  • Compare the same model configuration and accessories.
  • Include consumables, delivery and service scope.

Step 01

Choose the cleaning process first

A single disc floor machine, scrubber dryer, sweeper and vacuum perform different jobs. A low machine price is irrelevant if it cannot perform the required process. Identify whether you need to loosen adhered soil, recover liquid, collect loose dry debris or polish a compatible floor.

For wet single-disc work, include a suitable recovery method in the budget. For a scrubber dryer, check the solution and recovery system alongside working width. For a sweeper, specify debris type and disposal arrangements.

Step 02

Compare what is included

Request the exact model and configuration. Ask whether brushes, pads, pad holder, hose, tools, batteries and charger are supplied where relevant. Catalogue photographs may show optional accessories, so use the written quotation as the purchase specification.

Confirm currency, taxes, delivery location, installation or instruction, payment terms, validity period and current availability. Imported equipment prices and lead times need confirmation at the time of ordering.

Step 03

Allow for operating and maintenance costs

Plan for compatible chemicals, pads, brushes, squeegees, filters and routine inspection. Include staff time, water access, charging and storage. Battery condition and replacement requirements can matter when comparing used or differently configured machines.

Ask which parts are available for the quoted model and how service is assessed. Avoid assuming that a general service offering guarantees every part, repair or turnaround time.

Step 04

Send enough detail for an accurate quote

Provide facility location, floor material, cleaning area, type of soil, frequency, available operating time and access dimensions. Include quantity and power constraints. For replacement equipment, share the existing model and the limitation you need to solve.

Compare quotations using a checklist of model, accessories, power system, delivery and service terms. Request clarification of missing items before deciding which offer has the lowest total cost.
